What would FatBoy love for Christmas?
For Christmas, FatBoy would love absolutely anything!
About FatBoy:
FatBoy is an 8-month-old Staffy who was surrendered to us at just 5 hours old due to his cleft lip! He was tube-fed every 2 hours, day and night, until he was weaned at 4 weeks old.
At just 10 days old, we were told he should be put to sleep due to microphthalmia (an underdeveloped eye), but we refused to give up on him! He now manages perfectly well with his wonky little eye, with no pain or discomfort.
Since then, we’ve discovered he has a liver shunt requiring a specialist hepatic diet, elbow dysplasia requiring regular physiotherapy, and bladder hypoplasia, meaning he needs more frequent potty breaks.
Despite everything, FatBoy is the sweetest, most energetic and crazy boy! He’s one of our special forever fosters and isn’t available for adoption. He lives with his amazing mummy, Lauren, who gives him all the love and care he deserves.
