Hi! I’m Liv, the founder of the Canine Community, and proud dog mum to my gorgeous Cocker Spaniel, Maeve. Our journey into the world of dog-lovers on Instagram opened my eyes to an important issue: small pet businesses were struggling to stay afloat due to rising costs and expensive advertising.

That realisation sparked a mission in me — I wanted to help these businesses gain visibility and thrive, completely free of charge.

Now, with a little help from my ADHD & Autistic hyperfocus (and a whole lot of determination!), I set out to build something I’d never done before — a website! I had no training and no prior experience, but after plenty of planning and patience, we brought the Canine Community to life!

The Canine Community is a free online space designed to connect dog lovers and small pet businesses in one friendly hub. Whether you’re a dog owner looking for the best goodies for your pup or a small business owner hoping to reach new customers, our site is here to help.

We also help businesses with Rep Searches. If you’re a brand looking for new pet ambassadors, simply fill out our form to tell us what you’re looking for.
